It was all Smiles and Celebration at Dawaki district of Kanke Local government area, as Barji Foundation builds Classroom block at LGEA Primary School, Lungwa.
Commissioning the Classroom block with a befitting office, National President Ngas Development Association Engr Gonen Gofwen Commended the foundation and its Chairman for his magnanimity in promoting education across the ngas nation.
Represented by the National Vice President Binshak Joshua, who described the epoc event as one of its kind for the Ngas people as one of its Sons who went through the same school decided to give back to them by building the only primary school in the Community.
According to him the gesture is a worthwhile venture and very commendable, noting that the Ngas nation is proud to identify with him, particularly on his quest to boost the standard of education across the Ngas community and Plateau state in general.
He urged other spirited individuals of ngas land to toe the line of the foundation headed by a young man who is a Philanthropist to the core and House of representatives aspirant for Pankshin- Kanke and Kanem Federal Constituency.
Founder Barji Foundation, Barji David Bitrus said he was inspired to renovate the School having been part of them while growing up and as part of steps towards complimenting government efforts in improving the quality of education in the state and decided to contribute his quarter by building these Classrooms and also built an office for the head teacher.Describing his childhood experience as interesting, said as a little Child he has always had it in mind to promote education across the Ngas and Plateau communities as part of his little way of saying thank you to God for his blessings upon his life .Barji David an aspirant for House of Representatives Panshin kanke kanem federal Constituency added that his desire to help the less Privileged in the Society is born out of his goodwill to impact Positively in the Society.Barji also explained that, one day he was going through an internet he saw a picture of students sitting on ground inside a dilapidated building posted by the Head Mistress of the school Godiya Bugama requesting and soliciting for Government and spirited individuals to come to their aid by renovating or building a new structure, he then took it upon himself and built a new structure for the students.He Pledged to do more across the State to enhance the well-being of the People in the Society
