Joseph Choji has expressed satisfaction with the 2019 graduating Students of the Institution.He Particularly extols their virtues, high moral and academic standard.The Principal made this exultation during the 2019 annual speech and price giving day of the College, held at the school hall, along Zaria road, in Jos North Local government of Plateau state.Fr. Choji said the school is imbeded in holistic, and offering quality education as well as reaching and maintaining high degree of learning.He said the school management has commenced the construction of a N16m new ultra modern hall that can accommodate 300 students.Speaking during the graduation ceremony, guest speaker, and a lecturer with the university of Jos, Mrs Mercy Gambo commended parents for standing behind their children to ensure they acquired western education.She equally urged them to instill discipline in their wards and children, even as she admonished students to see discipline as a virtue and should ensure they obey all laid down rules and regulations where ever they find themselves.She stated this while speaking on the topic: “Discipline and deligence”, which according to her, “for everyone to achieve greatness, he or she must be disciplined and deligent”, and urged the graduating class to remain focus, and work hard to succeed in their academic pursuit.In his remarks, member of the set 1973, and Chairman of Pankshin local government of plateau state, Sir. Joseph Damulak who served as the chairman of the occasion wish the graduants a remarkable outing.He urged them to see the graduation ceremony as a first step out of their futures, assuring that it is only when they stand well, that they can achieve their set goals.Also speaking, the Father of the day, the Eze Igbo of Jos, Prof. Joseph Obilom commended the old boys, the church and school management for partnering together to see that the school attained excellence.He promised to donate a cup, tittles “Eze Igbo Cup” to the school to encourage the spirit of sportsmanship among students. He Said St. Murumba has produced many talents, and need to be encouraged to do more.
