NGAS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION PLEADS FOR SUPPORT OF A 17 YEARS MOVEL FAVOUR WOKRIT WHO SCORES 9As IN 2019 WAEC EXAMS, AND 323/400 IN JAMB

By Moses GbandeThis is a 17 year old MOVEL FAVOUR WOKRIT of Ngas Extraction who hails from Nyelleng in Pankshin Local Government Council of Plateau State, Nigeria.
He graduated from Christian Royal College, Sabon Barki, Jos South Local Government Area of Plateau State, with 9As and 323/400 in the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board Examinations JAMB.
This academic excellence and performance drew the attention of the National Executive of Ngas Development Association, NDA, an association that serve as the voice of the Ngas Nation in Plateau State, who did not waste time but brought the attention of the World and particularly, prominent Sons and Daughters of the Ngas Nation to this academic recorded by one of their own.
Led by the National President of the Association, Engr. Gonen Gofwen, they converged on the conference Hall of NDA Skills Acquisition Centre in Pankshin, where young MOVEL FAVOUR WOKRIT was unveiled and congratulated for making the Ngas Nation, Plateau State and Nigeria proud for this excellent performance.
Nde Gonen Gofwen noted that being among the top three in Nigeria and number one in Plateau State is worthy of celebration especially as the Nation thrive for Technological and Scientific Innovations.
According to him, Plateau State should celebrate this young man that has again proven that wherever a Plateau person is he or she thrive for nothing short of excellence in any endeavor and appeal to the Plateau State Governor Simon Bako Lalong to turn his searchlight on this youngman to ensure that Movel Favour Wokrit realize his dream of becoming a Medical Doctor and a Scientist of notable repute.
The NDA National President, marching words with action presented cash of N30, 000.00 to the parents of Movel to open a dedicated Bank Account in the name of Movel to serve as collecting point for all those who want to contribute to the educational advancement of the young man.
On hand also to eulogize Movel for his exceptional performance, Member Representing Pankshin North in the Plateau State House, Hon. Philip Dasun, said Movel has brought joy not only to his parents but Plateau State and promise to ensure that the State House of Assembly formally received him on the floor of the House for onward presentation to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Plateau State.
Hon. Dasun assured that he will do everything possible to ensure that Movel does not experience any disruption in his educational pursuit as he kick start process of his admission at any University of his choice in Nigeria while awaiting response from the Plateau State. Government.
Contributing, Resident Independent Electoral Commissioner, Benue State, Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda, appeal to the Ngas Nation not allow leave the young man alone but guide and nurture him to greatness because he is an asset to the Nation and made a contribution of N100,000.00 towards the educational pursuit of Movel.
Full of emotion, Movel Favour Wokrit Who spoke with undiluted British accent said he gave God the Glory and his parents for their immense contributions towards his educational upliftment assuring that he is focused on achieving his dream of being the best in the field of sciences.
