Ngas Development Association, NDA says it has received the news of the demise of the First Speaker in the State House of Assembly with rude shock, saying, the late Prof Shown was a great Son of the Mupun Nation and PLateau State.
The Association added that, the death of this elder statesman; an illustrious Son of Plateau has again robbed the State of one its finest people in the league of database of people with relevant wealth of experience in various fields of human endeavors. The Prof will be greatly missed.
The Ngas Development Association in a statement signed by it’s National President, Nde Gonen Gofwen says Ngas Development Association recognized Prof. Rt. Hon. Dakum Shown as one of Plateau honest and patriotic individual and has left so many legacies in the Sociopolitical landscape of the State and Nigeria at large.
“We therefore pray God to grant the immediate family of late Prof Dakum Shown, the Mupun Nation, Plateau State and Nigeria the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss”.
