At least 780 Almajirais from other part of the country were deployed from Nasarawa state to their states of origins. The occasion which took place at the Government science secondary school, Lafia was witnessed by the state Governor, Engineer Abdullahi sule Emir of Lafia, Justce Sidi Bage Muhammad and the state commissioner for women Affairs and social Development, Hajiya Halima jabiru. Our reporter also gathered that the two other senatorial district of Akwanga and keffi would also witness the same thing. Speaking to journalists shortly, Governor sule said it was a deliberate efforts curtail the spread of corona virus in the state. He said the entire Northern Governors have agreed that Almajirais should be taken to their various states of origins as parts of deliberate efforts to fight against corona virus in the zone. He appealed to the people of the state to cooperate with his government to ensure the success of the fight against covid19 in the state.
