Covid19: Nasarawa state government relaxes restrictions on shops,it will now opens between 10am- ,3pm.

Nasarawa state government government has now relaxed its restrictions on shops and business centres across the state,as shops will open from 10am-3pm.

The Government position was made known at the end of expanded executive council meeting held at government house Lafia Wednesday also stated that shop owners in the state would ensure sanitisers and other precautionary measures in the state to avoid the spread of corona virus pandemic.

It further removed the restrictions of movements in Nasarawa town where a serving lawmaker, Hon Suleiman Adamu Ara lost his life as a result of corona virus,

it was initially restricted for three days and later another three days before it was lifted Wednesday
The information contained that the security agents in the state would continue to adopts other measure to ensure that the government Mick out covid19 out of the state. Further highlights indicates that security agents would ensure adequate protection most especially in border towns of Keana and Nasarawa local government to ensure the security of lives and property of the people. It was also observe that within 7 days government may lift ban on prayers in mosques and churches which were banned about two months ago
The statement further stated that 3 patients of corona virus were discharged from the Dalhatu Araf specialist hospital Lafia and are currently reunited with their families. The statement further called on people of the state to continue to be peaceful, law abiding and maintain social distancing in order to avert the spread of the virus in the state.
