OPSH PARADES 2 IMPOSTORS AND 20 OTHER CRIMINALS

In its continuous efforts to weed out the bad elements across the Joint Operational Areas, Operation SAFE HAVEN today 6 September 2020 paraded some criminals who were arrested for various criminals acts.

The 2 impostors; namely Dotun Shomoye and James Dogo were arrested at Kashim Ibrahim Area and Terminus Area of Jos North Plateau State respectively.

Before their arrests, one of the the criminals have been producing fake Identity Cards for impostors faking to belong to the military, police and other Security agencies.

Items recovered from them include assorted Identity Cards of security personnel, 2 Dell Desktop Computers, 3 CPU and 2 Canon ID Card’s Printers.

Similarly, 20 other criminals were also arrested as part of its operations launched to bring sanity within Jos metropolis. The items recovered from them include Indian hemps, cannabis sativa, machetes and swords and various types of dagger and knives. Over 60 suspected criminals had been arrested in the past couple of days.

The Commander, Operation SAFE HAVE Major General Chukwuemeka Okonkwo, has once again assures the members of general public its commitment to bring the total across its Joint operational Areas. Timely Information is therefore solicited from the members of the general public.

He says the arrested criminals will be handed over to the appropriate security agency for the prosecution.
