All roads lead to the palace of the Emir of Lafia this Wednesday as Tiv Sons and daughters have completed arrangements to throng in Jubilation to formally present their traditional ruler, Chief Clement Iboh to His Royal Majesty, the Emir of Lafia.
A public announcement from the chairman, Board of Trustees, Ate u Nasarawa & Tiv Unity and Peace Recounciliation Committee, Prof Emmanuel I Kucha, invites all Tiv sons, wives and daughters of Nasarawa state to unfailingly attend the courtesy call on the Emir of Lafia.
The statement indicates that the planned visit is scheduled for Wednesday 13/01/2021 at Emir’s Palace Lafia at 10.00am. While members willing to attend are to appear in Tiv attair, popularly called ‘ANGER ‘and must properly wear their face masks in compliant with the COVID-19 Laid down protocol.
In the meantime
the family of Igbacha Nyoon of Kadarko District in Keana LGA, heartily rejoice with Chief Clement Ibo and the entire Tiv Nation of Nasarawa State for the successful coronation of Chief Clement Ibo as Ter u Tiv the 2nd u Nasarawa State.
He appeals to God to extend His wisdom from King Solomon to guide him to rule his subjects with love, justice and fairness for greater prosperity.
