The traditional title holder of Talba (1) and the Sardauna Matasan Arewa, Chief Samuel Pukat has thrown his weight behind the just concluded Congresses of the All progressives Congress, APC in Plateau State.
Chief pukat, who is the leader of the youths in Northern Nigeria told Journalists shortly after the Congress that he was overwhelmed with the conduct of the delegates at the Congress, stressing that the affirmation of all the newly emerged exco is the demonstration that the people of the state have woken up to embrace APC.
Adding that, he is confident that with the peaceful conduct of the APC State Congress, the party would retain powers at all levels of government come 2023.
According to him, ” you can imagine people came in here since in the morning and have remained focused, peaceful to see that they elected people of their choice, this is a demonstration that APC as a family has resolved and is committed to work with one voice for the growth of the party.
“We are indeed very happy for the development and wish to call on those who might have have feel cheated in the exercise to come together and work for the interest of the party”.
In the meantime, one time secretary to the plateau state government, Hon Rufus Bature has emerged the Chairman if the APC in Plateau State.
