Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa state has appointed the immediate past deputy chairman, Lafia local government Council, Hajiya Hafsat Abdullahi and 9 others as his senior Special Assistants. According to a statement signed by the secretary to the state government, Barrister Muhammad Ubandoma Aliyu which was made available to journalists in Lafia, read in parts:. “In furtherance to the commitments of the present Administration to strengthen the machinery, His Excellency, Engineer Abdullahi A. Sule has approved the phase1 appointments of additional Senior Special Assistants and special Assistants as follows: 1 Salisu Wada Jambo, political 11 ( North) 2. Else Monde , Women Affairs,3. Hajiya Hafsat Abdullahi, political ( South) 4. Hajiya Fati Ahmed, Political ( West) 5 Engineer Moses Otondo , security.6. Hamza Ibrahim Moyi, sports.7. Muhammad Ahmed Oyoyo,( banking) 8 Hon. Dauda karshi ( Works)9. Rt Hon. Shuaibu Sani ( Youth) 10. Tanko Sanusi Alakayi ( Investment). …. The statement further Stated that, Governor Abdullahi Sule also approved the appointments of a fulani APC women leader khajah Adamu Jibrin as special Assistants on farmers/ herders conflict, Abubakar Aliyu Ladan, Farmers/ herders conflict and Abubakar M. Laminga all as special Assistants. The statement added that all the appointments are with immediate effect.
