The chairman, former Vice president Atiku Abubakar Campaign Council, Chief Raymond Dakposi has said that over 14 Million pupils in Nigeria are out of schools due to insecurity and poverty currently revaging the country under president Muhammadu Buhari

Chief Dakposi who made the disclosure at the weekend when he led the campaign Council of the former vice president Atiku Abubakar to the people’s Democratic Party ( PDP) Secretariat, Lafia also said over 90 percent of those pupils are from the Northern part of the country.

He said the exchange rate of dollars during president Good luck Jonathan was #165 per dollar, but today the exchange rate is over #500 per dollar,a situation which he said is unacceptable to a country like Nigeria.which used to be the best economically viable country in Africa and one of the best in the world during president Good luck Jonathan.

The chairman Atiku Abubakar Campaign Council who expressed his disappointment over insecurity in the country, also said ” the same people in government today were the ones criticising the Government of president Good luck Jonathan which was far better than that of president Muhammadu Buhari.”. Chief Raymond Dakposi therefore called for the support of all the critical stakeholders of PDP to continue to support the the former vice president Atiku Abubakar whom he said would salvage this country if elected as president of this country come 2023.

Responding, Nasarawa State PDP chairman Hon. Francis Orogu who commended the campaign Council for the visit also assured the unalloyed support of the state PDP to Atiku Abubakar to ensure that APC are out of power comes 2023.
