Nasarawa State Commissioner for lands, Survey and Town planning, Hon. Muhammad Tanimu Sarki has said that the state government is issuing certificate of occupancy ( C of O) within one week.
Hon. Muhammad Tanimu Sarki who made the disclosure when on tour of some local government Areas in the state as part of his familiarisation tour of the ministry also said such C of O would be issued to people provided they met the requirements of getting the certificate.
He said the state house under the leadership of governor Abdullahi Sule has provided easy access for those interested in getting C of O , hence the need for those who Wish to obtain the certificate to come to the ministry of lands, Survey and Town planning to get it
When on familiarisation tour of some local government Areas of the state, the Commissioner who solicited the support of local government chairmen, traditional rulers and the general public to support the policies and programmes of Governor Abdullahi Sule to succeed, also assured them the state government would do everything possible to provide the dividends of democracy to them.
He therefore called on the people of Nasarawa State to continue to maintain peace and harmony and not to do anything that could trauncate the existing peace enjoying in the state.
