Saraki, Atiku Pledges To Tackle insecurity, Economy, If Elected President. By Abdullahi Shuaibu, Lafia.

Former Vice President , Atiku Abubakar and the former senate President, Abubakar Bukola have pledged to tackle insecurity and economy if elected president in 2023 general elections.

The duo made the pledge during their campaign tours of Nasarawa State Monday and Tuesday to solicit for votes from delegates a head of PDP primaries during the party’s national convention in Abuja also urged delegates not to be deceived by money bags politicians, but to vote for credible candidate that can salvage the country from the misrule of APC administration in the state and the country.

Senator Saraki who was at the PDP Secretariat Lafia on Monday called on Nasarawa delegates to consider him for election during the PDP primaries,as according to him, ” North Central has never produced elected president in the country,”

He said he deserved to be president because despite all odds in 2015, he was able to emerge as senate president, where he was able to manage the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.and the delegates from Nasarawa State to ensure that he clinch PDP ticket during the party’s primaries and eventually become the president of the country during the next year’s general elections.

On his part, former vice president, Atiku Abubakar who Commended Nasarawa people for voting him both during the party’s primaries in porthartcourt and the general election where he claimed he won the primaries, but was rigged out.

Atiku Abubakar therefore appealed to the Nasarawa State delegates to vote for him during the party’s primaries to enable him defeat APC led administration which he said failed the country, and destroyed all good work done by the PDP led administration.
