Unknown gunmen on Saturday night kidnapped the Nasarawa state chairman of All progressive congress (APC) ,Mr. Philips Tatari shekwo to an unknown diestination. According to the Nasarawa state police commissioner, Emmanuel Bola Longe,”the unknown gunmen came in a large number to the residence of the Nasarawa state APC chairman,Mr. Philips Tatari shekwo and took him to an unknown destination around 11pm on Saturday,”. The Nasarawa state police commissioner Emmanuel Bola Longe further explained that the state police command has deployed it men to all nooks and crannies of the state especially criminals hide out to ensure that the state APC chairman is rescued. He therefore called on the general public with useful information on how to get this criminals to report to the state police command as according to him,” the information would be treated with every sense of confidentiality.
