2023: Nasarawa West Senatorial seat: Zoning will ensure peace, Justice and fairness- Matawallen Toto.

A senatorial Aspirant for 2023 Nasarawa West Senatorial seat, Barrister Labaran Shuaibu Magaji has said that only power shift from Keffi, kokona and karu axis during the next general elections in Nasarawa West Senatorial district to Nasarawa/Toto axis would ensure peace, equity and Justice from the zone. Magaji who made the did in a chat with our correspondent at the weekend also appealed to the APC leadership in the state to allow a level playing field for all Aspirant rather than imposing a candidate to the people of the zone. The lawyer who is also the title hoder of Matawallen Toto expressed confidence that he would win the party’s primary with landslide,if the election is going to be conducted Free, fair, credible without any rancour. He said if elected as senator representing Nasarawa west senatorial district, he would ensure that job opportunity and access to work for the people of his senatorial district,in addition to the traditional constituency projects. ” If elected as senator representing Nasarawa west senatorial district, I will ensure that I discongest the state of unemployment and reduce poverty level among the people of the state, I believe in the policy of fairness, Justice and equal distribution of resources to the people,in order for them to have a sense of belongings.” The Matawallen Toto further explained that,if there are peace, unity Justice and fair- play , people may have confidence in the art of governance, ” While I urge the power shift policy which I believe will be fair to the people of Nasarawa/ Toto federal constituency, we should also be guided by our utterances so as not to offend anybody in the course of our campaign, which by the special grace of Allah will land us to victory during the election.” He said it’s only when victory is achieved that,we will be able to ensure that our people benefits from the dividends of democracy. The Matawallen Toto therefore appealed to the people of Nasarawa west Senatorial district to rally round him to ensure the success of his project which according to him is for the benefit of all asundry in the zone.
