A remarkable news reaching us has it that the three kidnapped victims near plateau polytechnic, Heipang have just been rescued by troops of Operation SAFE HAVEN deployed at Barikin Ladi.
Information reaching us indicates that no ransom has been paid, as the families obeyed the instruction given to them by STF, not to engage further in any negotiations for payment of ransome.
It is on record that, gunmen stormed Plateau state Polytechnic last evening and Kidnapped three students away after shooting sporadically in the air.
