The Senior special Assistant to Governor on development control, Architect Stanley M Buba has alleged that the managing Director of the board, Adamu Sule is impersonating as managing director of the board.
Architect Stanley Buba who made the disclosure during the house of Assembly sitting in lafia where he was invited to clarify some issues concerning the organization also said”Adamu Sule that he has contract by the previous Administration of Governor Umaru Tanko Al makura , which is not true,”
He also claimed that his appointment which is inline with sections 193,196,&208of the Constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria 1999as amended, adding that as parts of schedule of his duties as contains in his letter of appointment,he is expected to put impetus (fasttrack) to the state government NUDB priorities, environmental sanitation, provisions of building regulations, giving approval on building plans,site plans, filing stations, among others.
He said only government has the power on its policies and programmes. Architect Buba further stated that when he came on board he gave approvals of over 10,523 applications in karu where over#1.5 billion was realised by the government.
Effotd to contact the Managing Director Nasarawa Urban Development Board, Adamu Sule Muhammad to speak on the matter failed as he neither reply a text message sent to him.
