Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa was among important dignitaries at the APC national Secretariat Abuja during the handing over ceremony from the outgone Chairman caretaker/ convention planning committee ( CECPC) and the governor of Yobe state,Mai Mala Buni to the new APC national Chairman, senator Abdullahi Adamu.
Speaking shortly after receiving the symbol of authority, the APC national Chairman, senator Abdullahi Adamu while Commending the outgone Chairman APC Caretaker/ Extra- ordinary convention planning committee and the governor of Yobe state,Mai Buni Mala and members of his committee for a job weldone.
Adamu while assuring them for a good Leadership, also called on them and all APC members in the country to join hands with the new NWC to ensure the success of the party during the 2023 general elections.
The new. APC national Chairman further Commended president Muhammadu Buhari for his good Leadership, which according to him would go along way in ensuring the success of the party during the next general election.
Senator Abdullahi Adamu used the occasion to comensurate with president Muhammadu Buhari and the families of those who lost their loved ones during the Abuja- kaduna train kidnapping saga, and appealed to all to cooperate with the security agencies to ensure that the perpetrators are fished out and brought to Justice in order to serve as deterrent to others.
Speaking earlier, Chairman, Caretaker/ Convention Extra- ordinary planning committee and the Yobe state governor ,Mai Mala Buni while congratulating senator Abdullahi Adamu led NWC and assured them of support at all times.
